Posted on 04 December 2008 by Name Withheld

I had an outstanding due to my credit card provider. After repayment i got a zero balance statement from the bank. Can you please suggest me what to do next to get my name removed from CIBIL/SATYAM’s defaulters list?

My CIBIL control number is 38,49,69,484. One of my Standard Charatered Bank - personal loan (vide loan no.40943585) is displaying as “written off” in my CIBIL report after paying the total outstanding due on 10-Jan-09. At the same time, there was one more similar kind issue related to credit card is present in CIBIL but it is cleared.

But, my personal loan is not yet resolved even after paying the full amount without any negotation. Pl. help me to resolve the issue.

I am holding ICICI bank credit card & there was some outstanding on the same which i didnt pay for 2 - 3 months. I also have my savings account in ICICI bank. There was cash available in my savings account. Bank block my savings account and debited the money for the credit of my outstanding credit card without informing me. I just wanted to know whether they are allowed to do so or not? If yes, why they couldnt even inform me prior.

hello,CIBIL is taking care of banks.but who will take care of customer.customers are misguided / harashed by DSA executives by faulse commitment or raugh behavior.so i am requesting RBI to appoint some TPA on behalf of genuine customers.
